Pokamithoi Laddoo
Dry roast the rice Flour, add 1 tbsp of warm waterto the grated jaggery. Heat the jaggery until it melts to a pouring consistency. Add roasted black paper to the rice flour & add the melted jaggery. Mix well and shape into round shaped balls, roll in rice flour and eat when cool and hardened.
