Return Policy
This Return Policy describes our policies and procedures on the returns and refunds of your purchase when you use the Service and tells you about the eligibility and procedure for return.
We have a 7 day return policy, to be eligible for a return; you will be needed to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at bhogalijalpan1@gmail.com or 8486034464. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For returns outside Guwahati, you should return the products in parcel and send a courier copy to us by mail. After receiving the parcel only, we will transfer the amount to you in Google pay or Paytm and Bank NEFT.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products will not be accepted after the duration of return is over. Returns without any prior return requests will be not accepted. No sales items or gift cards will be accepted as return. No return will be accepted without proper proof.
Non-returnable products:
If you want to Exchange the product then send back the parcel to our address (our address is mention in the contact page) and send a courier copy to us by mail after receiving the parcel we will Exchange the Product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund.
